The applications for postgraduate programs within the Graduate School for the 2025-2026 Academic Year Fall Semester will be performed between 11 September 2025-26 September 2025.
1. Who Can Apply?
The conditions for applications to postgraduate programs are determined as follows:
MASTER'S WITH THESIS | |||||||||

General Condition: ALES: To have at least 55 points from any of the Equal Weight (EA), Numerical (SAY), and Verbal (SÖZ) scores. ALES requirements are not required for international students. Foreign language: There is no condition. |
Specific Condition: Applicants must be graduates of a university program in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, Nutrition and Dietetics, Nutritional Sciences, Food Engineering, Tourism Management, or Food and Beverage Management. In addition, graduates of Agricultural Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Biological Engineering, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Fisheries, Fisheries Engineering, Tourism Guidance, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management and Tourism Education, Industrial Design, or Anthropology will be required to complete a “Scientific Preparation Program”, the content and duration of which will be determined by the Department. |

For students who have not graduated from one of the specified four-year undergraduate programs, a “Preparatory Program”-the content and duration of which will be determined by the Department-may be required. |
